Meet the team
Thabani is the founding member and has been involved in the commercial and industrial property sector for over 16 years, working as an Industrial Property Broker. Thabani’s career in the property sector started at API Property Group in February 2008 where he spent more than 5 and a half years focussing on the Johannesburg South industrial townships along the M2 and the M1 Highways. Thabani left API Property Group in 2013 to join Eris Property Group (which is held by Momentum Metropolitan Holdings, a South African based financial services group listed on the South African Stock Exchange, the JSE). Thabani spent more than 10 years at Eris Property Group working as a Leasing and Investment Consultant also focussing on commercial and industrial property transactions. The last 2 years of Thabani’s 10 year tenure at Eris saw the affiliation of Eris Property Group’s occupier solutions and leasing and investment brokerage businesses with Avison Young to operate as Avison Young South Africa.
